Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans might change, but we have developed an industry-leading cancellation policy that benefits both our drivers and customers. We appreciate both your time and the time of your driver, so unless your driver has already been assigned, we won’t charge cancellation fees (or any other applicable ride-related expenditures). Details are provided below.

Will I get a call when my car arrives? We do our best to get in touch with all of our customers when their drivers arrive at the pickup spot 10 minutes early as a favor to them.

Cancellations and Deposit Refunds: 10% cancellation fee will be applicable if the cancellation is done 24hrs prior to the planned pickup date. Reimbursement will be done for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup date for holidays, prom dates, and other special events.

Waiting Time: We crafted a wait time policy with an industry-leading grace period because we know your day doesn’t always go as planned. Your pick-up location determines a grace period, which begins at the time of your planned pick-up. If your grace period expires and we are still waiting, you will be charged $1 per minute.

Airport*/Cruise Terminal Pick-up

Domestic Flight/Cruise Terminal: 30 Minutes

International Flight: 60 Minutes

Non-Airport Pick-up 15 Minutes: Flights especially can be unexpected. To track your flight and prevent waiting-fee charges, we need the details of your flight. You can choose to turn off the flight tracking and choose a specific pick-up time, but we don’t recommend it. If you turn off the tracker, you can be charged extra wait time fees or held up if your airline doesn’t arrive when it should.

We will make multiple attempts to get in touch with you once the grace period has ended. After the grace period has expired, we will cancel your ride if we haven’t heard from you. You will be charged for the wait time spent in addition to any other applicable fees, excluding the tip and tolls, if you fail to appear.

Wait Time Charges: After a grace period of 60 minutes for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic flights, and 10 minutes for regular pickup ends, it costs $1 per minute.

No show without cancellation & No show at pickup points: The User forfeits their right to carriage over the affiliate in the event of a No-show without cancellation, although this has no bearing on Evousines’s right to recompense from the User.
